Music has always been a place of reflection, healing, and encouragement for Ki Johnson.

 

Alongside her work in Human Resources and leadership development, Ki uses music and storytelling to create space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves during seasons of change. Her songs are rooted in honesty, resilience, and hope — offering encouragement without expectation or agenda.

 

Ki believes that creativity and professionalism do not exist in opposition. The creative and business sides of a person can exist together, each strengthening the other. Expression, reflection, and self-awareness bring depth, presence, and balance to leadership and work — not distraction.

 

This creative work is a personal expression that exists alongside her professional work, reinforcing the belief that growth and confidence are supported when people are allowed to be whole.
